I also use kebooks.com to help sort out what free books are available on Amazon every day.
If you don’t have a Kindle, you can download a fee app to read Kindle books on any device capable. Many of the free books offered are excellent books that normally sell for a lot of money.
I was informed the KEbooks.com site will not alow non USA readers to download the free books,
